The residence is situated on the top of Arc 1800 in the forest, it offers you a nice panorama on the valley and Mont-Blanc. You can ski on Paradiski area. It is composed of 2 buildings with fully equiped apartments, indoor swimming pool and sauna, hammam. There are 2 or 3 floors without lifts.
