Residence
The residence Les Balcons du Soleil 1 is located in the ski resort of Peyragudes, at around 400m from ski slopes (you can access to the slopes by a free skibus). Near the residence, you will find ski shops, bars, restaurants, bakery and the "Maison de Peyragudes" (information point). All studios and apartments are either South-West or South facing, with a great view over the Louron Valley.

- Free access to the Balnéo Spassio center from the resort : basin opened on the west by large bay windows that provide a beautiful view of the Peyragudes ski area. Indoor pool with swim against the current, gooseneck, massage bed, geysers (thighs, calves and kidneys), bubble beds, steam room, sauna and panoramic jacuzzi of 8 places facing the mountain.
