Advantages
The reception staff were really helpful. For example, happy to print out a ski lift pass form and just friendly and welcoming through stay. I really liked the swimming pool and that the location of hotel was close to everything. The family friendly bar was also useful to have at the hotel and gave us space to have a drink and children to play.
Inconveniences
The apartment was a bit tired looking. It could do with a couple of things being fixed (sink flooded a couple of times) or updated. The year before there were (free!) sledges the children could borrow and some more more board games out in the bar area and these are just very small things that are helpful to families
