The CGH Le Centaure residence is located in the historic center of Flaine. You will leave on skis from the residence, and will be in the immediate vicinity of the lifts (from the Grandes Plaitières cable car) and all amenities. This tourist residence with 68 apartments (from studios to 4-room duplexes) has an architectural and landscape concept that fits perfectly into the resort, giving it an innovative spirit with contemporary lines. In a slight curve, the residence is designed on the principle of superimposed duplexes. The construction combines contemporary materials (metal, glass) and traditional materials (stone, wood). The apartments, all through, are each extended by a large south-facing balcony, with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the ski area. They are all distinguished by their large bay windows which optimize the view and the solar gain. It is close to the centre of the resort and the shops, near the chairlift of Grand Vans (departure possible with skis on). In a quiet area, on the heights of the resort, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the natural cirque of surrounding mountains.
On the ski side, you will be located just a few minutes from the ESF gatherings and the Club Piou Piou de Flaine (next to the “Les Terrasses d'Hélios” Residence).
From the Hameau roundabout you can take the “Opal” slope to access the Gérats chairlift (depending on snow conditions). To reach the other slopes and return to the Hameau you benefit from a free shuttle service; they run all day, every 15 minutes.
In the Hamlet, you will find a ski equipment rental store, a bread store, takeaway pizzas and a restaurant, where you can enjoy tasty traditional cuisine from the region. For larger purchases you can go to the Spar supermarket, located in the “Les Terrasses d'Hélios” Residence.
To reach the resort's activity centers, you can take the free shuttles - Skibus (during the day) and the Hameau evening shuttle (from 6:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.) which drop you off, in just a few minutes, at Flaine Forêt d' where you reach Flaine Forum where most of the bars, restaurants and activities are concentrated.
Also note for chalets that do not have a private garage, parking at the entrance to the Hamlet allows for weekly parking.

On the ski side, you will be located approximately 500m from the ESF gatherings and the Piou Piou Club (next to the “Les Terrasses d'Hélios” Residence).
From the Hameau roundabout you can take the “Opal” slope to access the Gérats chairlift (depending on snow conditions). To reach the other slopes and return to the Hameau you benefit from a free shuttle service; they run all day, every 15 minutes.
2 minutes from your residence is the General Store bringing together the Flaine Reservation agency, a snow equipment rental store, a restaurant and a corner shop with essential products; for larger purchases you can go to the Spar supermarket, located in the “Les Terrasses d'Hélios” Residence.
To reach the resort's activity centers, you can take the free shuttles - Skibus (during the day) and the Hameau shuttle (from 6:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.) which drop you off, in just a few minutes, at Flaine Forêt from where you join Flaine Forum where most of the bars, restaurants and activities are concentrated.
